Puffco is hiring a Senior Retail Marketing Manager to lead its retail marketing strategy across dispensaries, smoke shops, and key retailer e-commerce environments. In this role you shape how the Puffco brand shows up in-store and online, driving consumer awareness, retailer engagement, budtender advocacy, and overall channel growth. Core responsibilities include guiding Puffco's merchandising ecosystem, building and managing a national budtender and retail-staff community program that drives long-term advocacy and product understanding, driving impactful consumer promotions through retail, and developing scalable retail marketing initiatives that strengthen Puffco's position in the marketplace. You will partner closely with Social and Community teams to activate retail staff and budtender communities through social-first communication, content toolkits, and engagement programs that support education and sell-through. The position requires people-management experience or demonstrated readiness to manage and develop direct reports, skill working across Sales, Creative, Product Marketing, Product, and Trade Marketing teams, and strong communication with the ability to present insights and strategy to leadership audiences. This hybrid role is based out of Puffco's Los Angeles HQ, requiring two to three days per week in office.
