Alien Cookies is Jaws Genetics' cross of the Forum cut of Girl Scout Cookies with an Aliendawg F4 male. It became a foundational parent of Miracle Alien Cookies, better known as MAC, after Capulator selected Alien Cookies F2 #7 for that breeding project.
A breeder's plant, not a shelf plant
Jaws Genetics, also credited as Jaws Gear, released Alien Cookies during the 2010s Cookies wave, and it stayed a breeder's strain rather than a commercial one. Jaws' own breeding notes document the Forum Cut × Aliendawg F4 foundation and the later F-generations selected toward the Cookies side.
Plants are short and stout with heavy branching, producing thick nuggets that can finish blackish purple, stacking large bulging calyxes with bright orange pistils under a sugary resin coat. Resin density is the trait everyone comes back to, and it is the reason breeders kept a difficult plant in rotation.
The MAC story runs straight through it
The pivotal moment came when Capulator selected an Alien Cookies female for the project that became Miracle Alien Cookies. The trade-off was blunt: extraordinary flower on a plant that grows slowly, barely stretches and yields terribly.
He crossed it with Miracle 15, a Colombian and Starfighter male, specifically to fix the growth rate and the yield. Cannabis Now reports that Capulator used the Jaws-bred Alien Cookies F2 #7 as the mother in the MAC project. That documented connection, rather than a generalized claim about every MAC seed, is the core of Alien Cookies' legacy.
The original MAC pedigree traces through Jaws' Alien Cookies. That is a strange kind of fame, and it is why the name still carries weight in rooms where almost nobody has actually run the plant. The MAC1 strain profile is the easiest way to hear what it passes down.
What each parent brings
The Forum cut is a clone-only Girl Scout Cookies selection long associated with online cultivation forums. It contributes dense bracts and the capacity for deep purple colour.
Jaws' own notes specify an Aliendawg F4 male and even identify the ether/witch-hazel selection. The F4 notation matters more than it looks: Jaws worked that line through four generations of selection, so shorthand like Alien Dawg by GSC throws away real information about what went into the pairing.
Why breeders tolerate a bad grower
Commercial cultivation punishes low yield harder than almost anything else. A plant that fills a room and returns half of what its neighbour returns usually gets cut, no matter how good the flower looks.
Alien Cookies survived that filter because what it passes down is worth the trouble. Its continued use through several F-generations and its role in the MAC pedigree are stronger evidence of breeding value than a fixed yield claim would be.
