Reviewers have backed that up. The Highest Critic gave a January 2022 batch 97 out of 100, with 32.20% THC and 38.67% total cannabinoids on the jar.

Cherry Cookies comes from the breeder Cyc, who crossed Cherry Pie, also known as Cherry Kush, with Cookies F2. Leafly places it among the leading Girl Scout Cookies crosses, alongside Pink Cookies and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies.
The plant is known for tight, slightly purple buds and deep orange pistils. That Cherry Pie branch also links Cherry Cookie Cake to other cherry crosses such as Cherry Zeltzer, which uses Cherry Pie as its first parent.
Wedding Cake is the better-known half. It comes from Triangle Kush and Animal Mints and also goes by Triangle Mints #23, while Canadian shelves sell it as Pink Cookies. Leafly named it Strain of the Year in 2019.
