One correction belongs on the record. A simplified Mango Kush and Jack Herer formula gets attached to this name in places. The parent Dready published is White Jack, not Jack Herer directly. Jack Herer influence may sit deeper inside White Jack's own family, but it is not the direct parent, and the two plants are not interchangeable.
Availability is inconsistent. The line has been listed as discontinued in at least one market, so a packet in front of you may be old stock rather than a current release. Check the pack date the same way you would check a jar.
The Cross
Dready Seeds bred it, and the documented cross is Mango Kush x White Jack, available as feminized seed only. Every listing that carries it puts the type as mostly sativa.
Mango Kush contributes the sweet fruit side and the softer kush base, along with the broad indica-style leaf shape the plant shows despite that sativa classification. White Jack contributes brightness, resin, and the sharper, more energetic direction that ends up leading the finished plant. Pepper and citrus are what growers actually report, with the mango sitting further back than the name suggests.
In the garden it behaves like its sativa half. Plants run tall and vigorous, up to roughly 3.5 metres outdoors, with good-sized buds and medium-to-high production. Flowering takes 70 to 80 days, with outdoor harvests landing at the end of October. It handles most media but does best in quality coco or an organic soil mix, and it wants real light to fill out.
The commonly described arc is a strong uplifting opening that settles into a heavier body finish, which makes a sativa-classified plant read indica-leaning by the end. The THC figures attached to the line, generally in the 15 to 20 percent range, are estimates for the genetics rather than a property of any harvest. Phenotype and post-harvest handling move everything else: drying, cure, storage, and product age can leave one run fruit-forward and the next leaning hard into pepper, earth, or fuel.
