MK Ultra by T.H. Seeds
MK Ultra is T.H. Seeds' indica pairing of OG Kush and G-13. Released during the early-2000s Amsterdam seed era, it became one of the breeder's defining names by combining an American kush reference with the long-circulating G-13 line. T.H. Seeds still lists the cultivar in its catalog, giving the parent pair and classification directly rather than leaving the name to later retail interpretations.
The breeder describes an earthy, citrus and pungent aromatic range. OG Kush provides the most recognizable point of comparison: fuel, pine, citrus peel and earth often frame the conversation around that family. G-13 brings its own old-school reputation, but the useful identity check is the explicit OG Kush × G-13 notation. Stories attached to the parent names are not substitutes for that breeder statement.
Competition history
T.H. Seeds lists MK Ultra as first-place Indica at the 2003 High Times Cannabis Cup and second-place Indica in 2004. Those results locate the cultivar in a specific period of cannabis competition history, when seed houses used Amsterdam cups to introduce new work to an international audience. The awards belong to the submitted MK Ultra flower; they do not certify every later harvest sold under the same name.
