Humboldt Farms is a California cannabis brand selling sun-grown Humboldt County flower as jars, pre-rolls, live resin and live rosin-infused cones. It has been in the market since 2015, holds state cultivation licenses CCL18-0003400 and CCL18-0003380, and signs off its pages and posts with two words: Choose Kindly.
The name travels further in 2026. Its hemp store added G-Tank and Gelato Cream Cake eighths on August 28, 2026, while the licensed California line stays on Eaze with flower from minis to full ounces.
Sun-grown in the Emerald Triangle
Humboldt County sits on the Pacific Coast, nearly 300 miles north of San Francisco. When The Higher Path ran a vendor spotlight on the brand in December 2019, it placed Humboldt Farms inside the Emerald Triangle of Humboldt, Mendocino and Trinity counties. The piece credited hot days, cool summer nights and elevation for the crop.
That same spotlight described the flower as organically grown, sun-ripened and hand-chosen, backed by sustainable farming and robust seed genetics. The homepage frames the mission around sun-grown flower from "the wild and beautiful, Humboldt County, California." Choosing kindly, the company writes, applies to "ourselves, our communities and our shared Earth."
Partner farms and a Eureka mailbox
Humboldt Farms works through partner farms rather than a single plot. When it opened its Cultivar Library in May 2021, the company described growers who learned their own soil, sun and shade over years of seasons. It stays in close contact with each farm to keep results consistent and tighten technique every cycle.
"We are not just cultivators, we are connoisseurs," the brand wrote at the time. Zach Rubin bylined its posts through 2020 and 2021. The Humboldt County Growers Alliance lists Humboldt Farms in its business directory under packaged flower, with a post office box in Eureka.
A cultivar library with 36 cards
Humboldt Farms calls its strains cultivars, a word it uses for plants grown for specific, repeatable traits. The Virtual Cultivar Library went live on May 4, 2021, as a searchable catalog of current flower and concentrate lots. Each card carries the strain name, primary terpenes and photos of the buds or extracts.
The library lists 36 cultivars in September 2026. The roster runs from Biscotti and Runtz to Dream Queen, Dog Walker OG, Harle-Tsu, SFV OG, Siskiyou Gold Sour Tangie, Trinity Star and Wedding Crasher. A companion terpene library covers ten compounds, from bisabolol and caryophyllene to terpinolene and trans-nerolidol.
Doc Green's and the live rosin cone
The infused line started with a partnership. On August 5, 2020, Humboldt Farms announced a live rosin-infused pre-roll made with Doc Green's, a legacy Northern California cannabis company. Doc Green's supplied its proprietary infused paper, coated with house-made solventless live rosin pressed from freshly harvested whole buds that touch only ice and water.
The first run paired Humboldt flower with Doc Green's rosin three ways: Banana Split flower with Cookie Glue rosin, GMO Cookies with Sundae Driver rosin, and Modified Grapes with Miss USA rosin. Doc Green's picked each rosin to match the flower.
The line was reworked on May 13, 2021. Each cone moved up to 0.9 grams of flower, not counting paper or crutch, which put a four-pack at just over an eighth. The second lineup matched Super Sour Diesel flower with SFV OG rosin, Mac Crasher with Ice Cream Cake rosin, and Peanut Butter Breath with Cindy White rosin.
Doc Green's infuses the paper from the top down. The rosin coats the whole joint evenly without blocking airflow.
Pre-rolls packed from jar flower
Humboldt Farms rolls its standard pre-rolls from the same flower that goes into its jars, with no shake, trim or sugar leaf inside. Singles come in 0.6-gram and 0.9-gram sizes, and four-packs ship in reusable tins. Four-pack runs on the site include Wedding Crasher, Rainbow Cake, Pineapple Dream and a CBD option.
The company packs every cone with flower only, never stems or seeds. Finished packages sit in a low-temperature, humidity-controlled facility until delivery. The tins are reusable, repurposable and recyclable.
Live resin, frozen at harvest
The concentrate side runs on live resin. Humboldt Farms freezes cannabis immediately after harvest, then sells the extract in dark packaging and as full-spectrum vape cartridges. Cultivars on the concentrates page include Blueberry Frosting, Sunset Sherbet, Strawberry Banana, Iced Lemonade, Cannatonic, Eagle Scout Trainwreck, Mimosa and OG Kush. The 2019 Higher Path lineup also carried a CO2-extracted vape cartridge.
Humboldt Farms Hemp and the 2026 shelf
Humboldt Farms Hemp grew out of the flagship brand after the 2018 Farm Bill, using the same organic growing practices. It ships hemp-derived THCa flower, live rosin, pre-rolls, live rosin gummies and bulk flower direct to consumers, with every product under 0.3% hemp-derived delta-9 THC. It does not ship to 11 states, California among them.
The store kept adding lots through summer 2026. Chem Lights, Strawnana, Orange Runtz and Jack Herer landed on July 31, 2026, alongside Private Reserve eighths such as Orange Push Pop. A Moroccan Peaches live rosin ounce and a run of Premium Exotics bulk flower followed on August 21, 2026. Wholesale cases of four, eight and twelve sit beside the retail jars.
In California's licensed market, Humboldt Farms distributes statewide to licensed dispensaries and takes wholesale inquiries at info@humfarms.com. Its Eaze brand page lists 178 products in September 2026, from 3.5-gram and 4-gram jars and 7-gram minis to pre-ground 14- and 28-gram bags. The brand posts on Instagram as @humfarms and keeps channels on YouTube and Spotify.
