What they make
The house lineup runs under four names. MOCA Flowers covers house-grown premium indoor flower, restocked through a weekly Fresh Drop Friday release. Basic Bud keeps the pitch blunt — basically, just buds. Basic Bubble and MOCA Kitchen round out the range, alongside extracts made on site rather than bought in.
Basic Bud is the straightforward end of that range, sold by strain rather than by story, while the MOCA Flowers line-up turns over often enough that the menu rarely reads the same two weeks running. The Friday drops go out to a mailing list before they reach the floor.
MOCA Kitchen is where cannabis they grew themselves becomes gourmet edibles. The signature is the Maple Melt, a classic East Coast treat given a California twist: a vegan, gluten-free candy built from three ingredients — small-batch certified organic Grade A maple syrup, MOCA's own cold-water hash, and a trace of coconut oil. They come ten to a pack, 10mg of THC per piece and 100mg per package.
Seed to shelf under one roof
The kitchen explains the whole operation. Small-batch, soil-grown cultivation feeds a kitchen and a sales floor that all answer to the same company, and keeping every stage in-house is how MOCA holds quality, freshness, and consistency steady. The character of a Humboldt-grown plant survives the trip into a finished product instead of being flattened along the way.
The Eureka showroom
The storefront sits at 204 4th Street in downtown Eureka, open as a showroom for MOCA's own products and a good deal beyond them. Budtenders run daily in-store deals, and ordering online for pickup is standard; the shop takes calls at 707-798-1525 for whatever the online menu leaves unanswered. Delivery goes out seven days a week — 11am to 5pm Monday through Saturday, 11am to 4pm on Sunday — with no delivery fee attached.
How far the driver goes sets the bar: a $75 cart minimum inside Eureka, $115 out to McKinleyville and Fortuna, and $175 for the longer run between Trinidad and Scotia. For anyone outside that radius, MOCA products also turn up on retail partners' shelves elsewhere in California.
The High Rise take
Humboldt is a name plenty of brands rent from a distance, printing the county on a bag filled somewhere else entirely. MOCA does the less glamorous version — one licence, one address, one crew growing, cooking, and selling in the same town. MHEKA LLC runs it under California DCC licence C12-0000284-LIC.
That vertical setup is also why the shelf keeps moving. Flower drops land on a weekly rhythm, the kitchen works in small batches, and the deals rotate daily, so the store rewards showing up often rather than stocking up once.
