Eighth Brother is a Mendocino County cannabis brand founded in 2017 by second-generation cannabis farmers. It runs as Eighth Brother Inc. and sun-grows its own flower. The menu adds moon rocks, pre-rolls, all-in-one vapes, crumble, ice water hash and gummies. Its line is "California Cannabis for Californians," and it sells nowhere else.
Value is the pitch. In September 2026, Santa Rosa's Doobie Nights listed Eighth Brother ounces at $40 and 1-gram all-in-one vapes at $18. Weedmaps showed 20 retailers carrying the line, from Needles to Palm Springs.
Second-generation farmers in Mendocino County
The farm is the brand story. Eighth Brother describes its growers as family farmers working with the sun, clean mountain air, locally sourced water and zero harmful pesticides or herbicides.
Its Weedmaps profile lists a California medical cultivation license, CCL19-0003580. The same profile says every product is made from scratch. That means no outsourcing, no additives and, in the company's words, "no corporate BS."
The menu page sums up the approach in five words: "Sun Grown Organic Products, Made with Love."
Sun-grown flower by the ounce
Flower is the core. The company menu sells prerolls, eighths and grams across strains including OG Kush, Blue Dream, Rose Apple Cookies, Snickerdoodlez, Sour Berry and Gorilla Glue.
Retail listings in 2026 show how deep the flower list runs. Weedmaps featured GG4 as flower, ground flower and joints. Blackberry Kush, Gush Mints, OG Kush, Permanent Marker and Wedding Cake came as flower, with a Venom OG joint and Blue Dream joints alongside.
Doobie Nights carried Ghost Train Haze and Elektra Ice by the ounce at $40. It also stocked a GG4 six-pack of pre-rolls at $15 and Super Lemon Haze moon rocks at $20 for 3.5 grams.
All-in-one vapes and a mouthpiece fix
The vape line runs on 1-gram all-in-one disposables. Doobie Nights listed six strains at $18 each: Blue Dream, Mendo Fuel, Green Crack, Cherry Pie, Blackberry Kush and Apple Fritters. Sour Tsunami rounds it out as a 1:1 THC and CBD device. Weedmaps featured the Apple Fritters, Blackberry Kush, Blue Dream and Mendo Fuel versions.
The devices use cartridges with plastic windows so the oil level shows. When customers flagged mouthpiece durability, the company took it up with its supplier and ordered more durable mouthpieces. Its FAQ offers a few spare mouthpieces free of charge and handles failed devices with the batch number and purchase details.
Crumble, bubble hash and 100 mg gummies
Concentrates stay in the same value lane. Doobie Nights carried a 1-gram Mimosa OG crumble at $10, and Weedmaps listed a Bubble Hash ice water hash alongside solvent and solventless options.
Gummies come in 100 mg 10-packs at $8 and 100 mg singles at $5, with names like Mangonada, Guava and Watermelon. One mixed-berry pack pairs THC and CBN at a 10:4 ratio.
From Humboldt to Imperial County
Eighth Brother's store locator, last updated September 10, 2024, counted 226 California dispensaries across 34 counties. Los Angeles County held about 73 of them.
The roster ran from Prime Exotics in Humboldt County to Coyote Cannabis Club in Imperial County. Cookies had two doors on it, in Oakland and Ukiah. Off The Charts had three, in West Hollywood, Costa Mesa and Corona. Oakanna, The Chronic, Sensi Retail, Crystal Nugs in Sacramento and The Grove in San Diego filled out the list.
The 2026 Weedmaps list leans into the desert. It names Needles Cannabis Dispensary and Off The Charts stores in Needles, Winterhaven, Indio and Palm Springs. Three STIIIZY shops carry it, in El Centro, Indio and Palm Desert, and Desert Kush stocks it in Indio and Cathedral City.
Wholesale for licensed California shops
Eighth Brother sells wholesale through a New Shop Sign-up form. It takes retail, delivery and distribution businesses. Each needs a valid California cannabis license and a business address that matches it.
The program promises low order minimums and volume discounts. A client list and the store locator sit on the same site.
A seven-part grow guide
The site doubles as a home-grow school. Its seven-part grow guide runs from choosing equipment and germination through seedlings, identifying male plants, transplanting, flowering, and harvesting and curing.
The blog kept posting through 2025 and 2026. Topics ran from LED grow lights and pot drainage to electroculture and a slow cooker cannabutter guide. On May 26, 2026, community contributor Demario Bland covered water quality, growing media, lighting, environment and pest control for beginners.
In 2026 Eighth Brother still grows in Mendocino County and sells only in California. Its flower, vapes and gummies are priced for the value shelf. It posts on Facebook as EighthBrotherInc420 and on X as Eighth_Brother.
