Origins and ownership
Raw Garden was founded in 2015 in Santa Barbara County, California, and is owned by Central Coast Agriculture. Farming happens in the Santa Ynez Valley and production in Santa Barbara County. Its founding team brought together multigenerational farmers, scientists and cannabis growers.
Production
Raw Garden cultivates more than 100 varieties in Santa Ynez soil and breeds its own seed. Growing is sun-based and run without harsh chemicals. At harvest the company uses quick-cool handling and sub-zero extraction, and it presses its own oil in house rather than buying from third-party suppliers, which is the vertical control it means by "seed to oil." It operates under California manufacturing license CDPH-10003156.
Raw Garden publishes batch-level certificates of analysis covering cannabinoids and the required contaminant panels. It carries Clean Green certification for its farming practice and ECCO certification, which tests finished cannabis goods; the company became a co-founding member of the Environmental and Consumer Compliance Organization in 2024.
Refined Live Resin removes waxes, fats and lipids to produce an oil optimized for cartridges, while Live Sauce retains a wetter, more aromatic consistency and dabbable concentrates use their own textures. Solventless Live Rosin follows another process.
More than 100 varieties in the farm program describes breeding breadth, not a promise that every cultivar is available at once. Sun-grown, Clean Green and ECCO references also apply to defined practices or certification programs. Current purchasing decisions should use the named product, batch, package date, local manufacturer and retailer inventory.
Products
The catalog covers live resin and Refined Live Resin cartridges, a Solventless Live Rosin all-in-one, the Live Sauce collection, diamonds and crushed-diamond concentrates. Product pages list varietal-specific cannabis terpenes and THCa crystallines, and the line is built on the claim of 100% cannabis with no additives or artificial flavors.
Raw Garden has moved beyond cartridges and dabbable extracts into infused pre-rolls. On March 26, 2026 it launched Refined Live Resin Infused Joints in 1g singles and 0.5g five-packs, made with whole flower rather than trim and infused with its own oil. The company has also begun expanding into New Jersey.
The March 2026 joint launch uses whole flower infused with Raw Garden's own Refined Live Resin in 1-gram singles and five-packs of 0.5-gram joints. It is a different product from uninfused flower or a vape cartridge. The package gives the total cannabinoids, ingredients, unit count, manufacturing license and batch number.
California and New Jersey
Raw Garden's California FAQ directs consumers to licensed California retailers and warns that California cannabis cannot be mailed or sold directly across state lines. The New Jersey page represents a separate local launch with locally regulated vape products, not shipment of California inventory. Available formats, licensees and laboratory labels therefore differ by market.
Recognition
Batch certificates cover cannabinoids and required contaminant panels for the tested lot. A buyer should match the package code to the certificate rather than using a result from another strain or product. The company identifies rawgarden.farm and rawgarden.co as its domains and directs consumers away from unlicensed sellers and counterfeit shipping sites.
