Blank Rome's tenth annual State of the Cannabis Industry Conference takes over the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport on Monday, October 26, 2026, from 8:30 AM–6:00 PM in the Ensemble Ballroom on Level 2. It's an all-day program for the people who run, fund and advise cannabis businesses, and anyone who can't make the trip can buy a streaming ticket instead.

Law firm Blank Rome produces the conference. The firm says it launched the event a decade ago during a period of real uncertainty for the cannabis industry, and that it has since grown into one of the premier national forums for the people shaping the space.
