Biscotti Sherbet is a hybrid that crosses Biscotti with Sunset Sherbet, joining two California dessert-era cultivars. Weedmaps lists it under the aliases Sherbiscuit and Sherbet Biscotti, and it has appeared on shelves from West Coast Cure and The Cure Company.
Its reach is the headline. The Biscotti and Sherbet pairing now sits inside newer crosses from Seed Junky Genetics, including Gas Face and Purple Octane.
Biscotti, the 2016 Gelato-family cut
Biscotti is an indica-dominant hybrid of South Florida OG × Gelato #25. Connected Cannabis Co. says it created the cultivar in 2016 while hunting for the next evolution of the Gelato family. Leafly credits the original breeding to Cookies Farms.
Leafly records a second account that puts Motorbreath × G41 behind Biscotti. It names Permanent Marker and Purple Octane among Biscotti's offspring, and points to heavy trichome coverage as the source of its top-shelf appeal.
Sunset Sherbet and the Sherbinski line
Sunset Sherbet comes from Mr. Sherbinski, who crossed Girl Scout Cookies with Pink Panties. Leafly says he bred it to carry forward the Girl Scout Cookies lineage, and lists it as indica-dominant at about 18% THC.
The Sherbet name travels under several spellings, including Sherbet, Sherbet OG and Sunset Sherbet. Leafly lists Gelato and Lemon Cherry Gelato among its children, which places Sherbinski genetics on both sides of this cross.
What the flower looks like on the shelf
AllBud classes Biscotti Sherbet as an evenly balanced hybrid, 50% indica and 50% sativa, with an average of 27–29% THC. Weedmaps places it on the indica-dominant side of the hybrid range.
Descriptions of the buds line up closely. Weedmaps notes bright green buds with dark undertones, dark orange hairs and a generous layer of trichomes. AllBud describes fluffy emerald-green nugs with thin orange hairs, golden undertones and golden-white trichomes.
West Coast Cure sells it as premium flower, calling it a hybrid mash-up of Sunset Sherbet and Biscotti with dark olive buds that shine with trichomes. The Cure Company has carried a 3.5g flower that it pitches as Gelato sweetness, OG gas and doughy GSC flavor.

Purple Octane goes a step further. Seed Junky built it from (Biscotti × Sherb BX1) × Jealousy F2, and Leafly classes it as an indica with a deep purple look and effects that lean toward sleep and relaxation.
Both crosses treat Biscotti and Sherbet as a single working unit. Gas Face uses a Biscotti × Sherbet backcross, while Purple Octane carries the Sherb BX1 line into its pedigree before adding Jealousy F2.
