Biscotti Sherbet is a dessert-family hybrid built from Biscotti crossed with Sunset Sherbet, also sold as Sherbet Biscotti, Biscotti Sherb and Biscotti Sherbert. Connected Cannabis Co. is the name most often on the package — as the grower, not as a breeding claim.

This came out of the late-2010s Cookies-family arms race, when nearly every dessert cut in California got crossed to every other dessert cut.
The name is the entire recipe, which made it easy for a lot of different growers to use — and that is exactly what happened. Nobody has claimed the origin, and breeder-adjacent pages decline to credit anyone at all.
