The other parent is a numbered keeper of Dosilato. Weedmaps credits Dosilato to In House Genetics and lists it as Do-Si-Dos × Gelato #41. The strain also circulates as Dosi Latte, Dosi Lato, Do-Si-Lato and Dolato.
The Gelato #41 half links Dosilato back to Connected's own shelf, since Gelato 41 sits on the company's legacy list. Weedmaps describes Dosilato buds in shades of green, red, purple and orange under amber and white trichomes.
Do-Si-Dos traces back to Archive Seed Bank in Portland. Fletcher Watson picked up OG Kush Breath, a Girl Scout Cookies cut, from a forum grower in late 2012 or early 2013 and crossed it with his Face Off OG stud. Willamette Week reported that the early plants yielded poorly, yet Do-Si-Dos became Archive's most commercially successful strain. Leafly lists Do-Si-Dos as an indica-dominant hybrid that flowers in 7–9 weeks, averaging about 63 days.
Copper pistils on purple buds
Connected describes Dosi & Banana as dark green and deep purple clusters threaded with tarnished copper pistils. A dense coat of trichomes covers the buds, and a well-finished cure leaves them sticky without clinging to the fingers.
Connected lists limonene, beta-caryophyllene and beta-pinene as the leading terpenes. On the palate, it calls the smoke buttery smooth with banana running through it, finishing earthy with a spicy bite.
