710 Labs is an independent cannabis producer known for small-batch live rosin, flower and tightly limited releases. Founder Brad Melshenker describes the company's aim as "making the richest flavored, organically fed, hand-trimmed, small-batch cannabis on the planet," and the catalogue is built around proprietary genetics, solventless hash and cultivar-specific drops. Its stated mantra is quality over everything.
Founder and origins
Melshenker first encountered modern concentrates at a California dispensary in 2008 and opened The Greenest Green, a Boulder, Colorado dispensary and hash bar, in 2009. He built his first licensed extraction facility in 2012, and that operation became the foundation of 710 Labs. By 2021 the company was based in Los Angeles, with California as its primary market.
Products
Live rosin anchors the range. Alongside it sit Persy, short for personal stash and used for cultivar-specific sauce, plus flower, Noodle Doinks, edibles and topicals. Close Friends, Special Releases and Limited Edition cover the scarce end of the catalogue, where each batch is tied to a specific cultivar and harvest.
Where it operates
710 Labs maintains market pages for California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan and New Jersey. Cultivation and manufacturing run under separate licences in each state, so product names and formats change from market to market and from harvest to harvest.
The company uses product tiers to distinguish standard releases from smaller allocations. Persy denotes material selected for the brand's personal-stash tier, while Close Friends pairs limited batches or cultivars in short runs. Those names describe 710 Labs' own catalog structure; they do not replace the potency, batch, ingredient or testing details printed on the package.
The List
The List is a recurring reservation program for Green Room members in or near active markets. It usually opens about once a month, gives members early access to selected batches, and sends an order to a participating partner for pickup or delivery. Because the transaction is completed through a licensed local operator, a List menu in one state does not establish availability in another.
New Jersey activity in 2026
A licensed New Jersey retail partner documented a first flower drop in February 2026. A June 29, 2026 List menu later included flower, Close Friends Persy Badder, Persy Sauce and water hash, along with participating retailers. That menu captured a limited drop rather than a permanent catalog, so individual batches may no longer be available.
Shopping the catalog
710 Labs organizes the range by market, collection and product type. A cultivar can appear as flower, rosin, water hash or another preparation, and the same name does not make those items interchangeable. Buyers should read the local page and physical label for the licensed producer, net weight, cannabinoids, batch, required warnings and storage instructions. The brand emphasizes cold handling for some hash products, so retailer storage and pickup guidance also matter. Availability varies by participating retailer, release and licensed market.
