Presidential is the Los Angeles infused-cannabis brand behind Presidential Moon Rocks: flower infused with concentrate and coated in kief, sold loose and rolled into pre-rolls and tobacco-free blunts. Everett Smith and John Zapp started it in 2012. Every product goes through licensed dispensaries, and hemp appears only as wrap and cone material around THC cannabis.
Pre-rolls are the business. They made up 99.6% of Presidential's August 2026 sales on Headset, which ranked it No. 3 in Nevada pre-rolls and No. 4 in California that month.
Moon Rocks in three layers
The company calls its method the Presidential Infusion System. Flower sits at the core, concentrate is worked through it rather than painted on the surface, and kief coats the outside. The same build carries into every rolled format.
Loose Moon Rocks come in 2-gram jars. Pre-rolls run 1 gram and blunts 1.5 grams, and the minis pack three 0.5-gram pre-rolls or three 0.7-gram blunts. Presidential first released those minis as PeeWee packs in California on July 10, 2022.
Silver, Gold and Rose Gold series
Every format runs across three series. Silver is the Flavor Series, with names like Blue Raspberry, Peach Mango, Watermelon and Presidential OG. Gold is the Strain Series built on live resin, covering Gorilla Goo, Galactic Gas, NYC Diesel, Papaya Punch, SFV OG and XJ-13, among others. The blunt menu alone lists eight Silver selections, 14 Gold and three Rose Gold.
Rose Gold is the Connoisseur Series, made with live rosin and no butane, propane, CO2 or ethanol. Its blunts cover Cereal Milk, Cosmic Cookies and Wedding Cake, and the loose Moon Rock list adds God's Gift and White Walker.
Collabs from THC Design to Ball Family Farms
Collaborations fill out the menu. THC Design partners on Crescendo and XJ-13, and the Presidential x THC Design Gorilla Goo Moonrock pre-roll was the brand's top product on Headset for August 2026.
A May 23, 2022 deal with ROVE put Rove-formulated distillate into Presidential Moon Rocks, starting with Waui in 1-gram hemp cones and 1.5-gram blunt wraps. The Rove collection now lists Cherry Gelato, Skywalker and Waui. Before that deal, Presidential had already made Moon Rock pre-rolls with Moxie and THC Design.
Grower collabs go deeper. Ball Family Farms partners on Nino Brown and Top Shelf Cultivation on Whoa Si Whoa. Nature's Chemistry of Las Vegas covers Garlic Cookies and Ghost Train Haze, and Polaris covers Head Cheese. VladTV lends its name to King Louis, while Trendi by Planet 13 handles Cap Junky and Orange Push Pop. Moxie and Platinum round out the partner list.
From 400 California doors to seven states
California came first. The company's story page says Presidential grew into more than 400 licensed California retailers, from MedMen and Stiiizy to Catalyst and March & Ash. Its 2022 press releases called it the third-largest pre-roll brand in the state.
The brand also built a room of its own. In West Hollywood the company opened Esco's, a New York-style pizzeria, and the Presidential Suite.
Forbes put Presidential on its Cannabis 42.0 list in April 2023. The profile cited BDSA data ranking it No. 1 in the country for blunts and No. 4 for pre-rolls, with $20 million in projected 2023 revenue.
A July 2024 LeafLink case study counted about 80 employees and a wholesale account on the platform dating to 2018, with California, Nevada, Michigan and Arizona as live markets. By September 2026 the partners page listed 1,223 locations: 604 in California, 194 in Oklahoma, 170 in New York, 102 in Nevada, 101 in Michigan and 53 in Arizona. Washington sits on the page as a seventh state, with no retailer count yet.
Game Changers and the Oklahoma network
Oklahoma runs its own channel. The presidentialthc.com site presents the Game Changers line from an Oklahoma City office: pre-rolls, blunts and minis made from flower infused with THC distillate, coated in kief and rolled in tobacco-free hemp wraps. The rolled menu lists Dream, Sour Diesel, Gelato, Gorilla Glu, Girl Scout Cookies, Strawberry, Grape, Waui and Skywalker.
Its Dual Disposable vape holds two live resin chambers of 1 gram each, in pairings such as Skywalker and Waui or Sour Diesel and Gorilla Glu. Presidential's partners page counts 147 Oklahoma partners across 194 storefronts. Mango Cannabis carries it at nine locations from Bixby to Lawton, and Capital Dank at seven, from Ardmore to Shawnee.
Presidential on the August 2026 board
Headset tracked Presidential in six states for August 2026, with more than $1 million in sales across 457 SKUs. Beyond the Nevada and California rankings, it placed No. 8 in Arizona pre-rolls, No. 21 in New York and No. 79 in Michigan.
The top three sellers were all 1-gram infused pre-rolls: the THC Design Gorilla Goo Moonrock, Papaya Punch Live Resin and King Louis Moonrock. Headset counted 943 licensed dispensaries carrying the brand, 386 of them in California.
