How It's Made
Rosin is pressed with heat and pressure and no hydrocarbon solvent. Hash rosin uses ice-water hash as its input rather than whole flower, so the resin is separated from the plant before pressing rather than during. The label reads rosin rather than live rosin, so fresh-frozen input isn't claimed. The difference between a good and a mediocre rosin has more to do with the wash and the press than with the name — starting material, filtration micron, press temperature, and cure discipline all shape the result.
