Z Bananaz is a Santa Cruz Canna Farms menu name, spelled Z Bananas on the farm's own listings, with no published lineage anywhere. It also sits inside one of the busiest naming collisions in cannabis: at least five separate Banana-and-Z cultivars from five different breeders. None of them is confirmed to be this one.
Who Makes It
Summit Boys handle the extraction. They are a legacy California producer running since 2016, originally under Prop 215, known for The Original White Caviar, and their catalog is hydrocarbon-based. They hold 14 awards from the 2019 Bay Area Cannabis Cup including Best Product.
Santa Cruz Canna Farms is the likely source of the flower — a family-owned, sun-grown farm in Santa Cruz County, under half a mile from the ocean among organic strawberry fields, with over forty years of local growing experience. Their nursery license CCL18-0001726 ran from 2019 to 2023.

How It's Made
Crumble is produced by purging an extract low and slow and leaving it undisturbed. The extended low-temperature purge dries the material until it sets brittle and breaks under a tool rather than stretching. Whip the same extract during the purge and it becomes badder; crystallise it through and it becomes sugar.
Crumble is a texture and settles nothing about starting material. Fresh-frozen input gives live resin crumble, cured material gives cured resin crumble.
